Business Office Manager-Allentown/Pennsylvania

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Office Manager to join our team. The Business Office Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our offices and company. This individual will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, Sales & Outreach, as well as providing support to various departments.

As a Business Office Manager You Will Responsible for

  • Perform clerical, administrative and general office duties of a responsible and confidential nature
  • Define and refine daily operating procedures, communicate clear expectations and assign tasks to team members.
  • Determine appropriate maintenance tasks and priorities  related to the office, company or its contributors.
  • Independently establish, organize and maintain documents and initiate follow up as needed.
  • Identify and engage potential customers, build and maintain relationships, and secure existing clients.
  • Provide support to different cases and contributors by mentoring, coaching and leading members of the organization.
  • Plan in-house or off-site activities and events.
  • Responsible for coordinating with company staff 
  • Proactively identify issues, develop solutions and action in a timely manner
  • May coordinate off-site meetings and conventions; assist with schedule management; arrange appointments, travel, meetings, conference calls and process expense reports
  • Provide support to other members of management and department as requested.


  • 7+ years of experience in Business management, Business development or related.
  •  4 + years experience in the Home Care services industry or similar healthcare.
  • Proven experience in Business management or a related role.
  • A proven sales or Customer service Team Manager, with a track record of recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performing sales teams
  • Dynamic Leader  with strong analytical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a passion for driving growth in a competitive market
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software (e.g., G Suite). 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving and decision making skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.


Work schedule: Full-time 9 AM – 5 PM EST (occasionally half day on weekend)

Work setting: When not working from the office you will be traveling to clients’ homes in Southern Montgomery Country: including Dresher, Abington, Jenkintown, Horsham, Hatboro, Elkins Park, Oreland, Huntington Valley, and Ft. Washington

We provide our services to the counties: Berks, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, Northampton, Lehigh, Philadelphi
